On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Yes, you can delete your account at any time from the Profile settings in the app. This will permanently remove all your data including recipes, meal plans, and inventory. This action cannot be undone.
Make sure you have items in your inventory and a stable internet connection. If you're on the free tier, check if you've reached your weekly limit. Try closing and reopening the app, or contact support if the issue persists.
Ensure you're logged into the same account on both devices and have an active internet connection. Pull down to refresh on the main screen. If data still isn't syncing, try logging out and back in.
Subscriptions are managed through your app store. On iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. On Android, go to Play Store > Subscriptions. Select Chefie and tap Cancel. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
